This Affiliate Program  Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Laure Media, a Limited Liability  (“Company”), and the affiliate (“Affiliate”).

ENROLLMENT IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM:

• Affiliate agrees to enroll in the Company’s Affiliate Program and comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES:

• Affiliate agrees to use best efforts to promote Company’s products/services in a manner consistent with ethical business practices.
• Affiliate may promote Company through approved marketing materials provided by the Company.

COMMISSIONS:

• Company agrees to pay Affiliate a commission on sales generated through the unique affiliate link provided to Affiliate.
• The commission rate is [7]% of the total sale amount.
• For a limited time, early affiliates may receive an additional bonus of [3]% to [7]% on top of the standard commission rate.
• Commissions are payable [monthly] and subject to a minimum payout threshold of [50] USD.

PAYMENT:

• Payments will be made via [PayPal, Payoneer, or wire transfer] to the Affiliate’s designated account. (Fees apply).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

• Company grants Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Company’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Company’s products/services.
• Affiliate agrees not to alter, modify, or misrepresent the Company’s intellectual property.

TERM AND TERMINATION:

• This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will continue until terminated by either party with [14] days’ written notice. Send email.
• Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately for a material breach by the other party.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information received during the term of this Agreement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

• Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW:

• This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State of Texas].
